Back by popular demand after winning the Tony award for Best Musical in 2005, Monty Python’s Spamalot returns to the West End stage at the Playhouse theatre.

Adapted from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail by original Python Eric Idle, who co-wrote the music with John Du Prez, Spamalot re-lives the story of the quest to find the religious relic by King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Step in to the weird but wonderful world of Monty Python featuring none other than killer rabbits, flatulent Frenchmen, legless knights, all topped off with a chorus line of dancing divas! The show includes favourites and modern cult classics such He Is Not Dead Yet, Knights of the Round Table, Find Your Grail and quite naturally Always Look On the Bright Side of Life.

Touring the UK in 2012, Spamalot has received rave reviews with the Scotsman describing it as a “consummately daft, wonderfully entertaining night out, well worth going to see. As for stars? Go on then – five of them.” The show is sure to delight London’s theatre lovers once again.
