Shows in London’s Managing Director, Nams Shah, was on hand to accept the prize and gave gracious thanks to the whole team at Shows in London.

Nams said ‘We strive to continually improve our customer service, and for me the whole theatre experience starts with securing your tickets. We take customer service very seriously at Shows in London and have a passion for theatre which extends throughout our team. It is our aim, not to treat people how we would expect to be treated, but to treat our clients how they themselves expect to be treated. We put our customers at the very heart of our organisation.’

Chairman, Andrew Peterson, added ‘Our staff recruitment policy is very rigorous and aim is to not only to recruit the best people we can but to ensure that, put quite simply, they are nice people. We then have a very extensive induction training programme which helps to enhance our team’s expertise. We are immensely proud to have received this award and for the recognition of our peers within the industry’.

Shows in London won the award for their performance throughout 2013. Now the challenge is to continue to build on that and emulate the success again next year.
