The West End production of the record-breaking musical Wicked is set to welcome new cast members at the Apollo Victoria Theatre
Nikki Davis-Jones as the Elphaba
Amongst the new front-line cast is Nikki Davis-Jones, who will join the West End production on 27 October, 2014. Davis-Jones is currently enjoying incredible reviews playing the much-loved and misunderstood witch Elphaba in the UK tour of Wicked. Davis-Jones previously performed to a London audience in LIFT at the Soho Theatre, Mamma Mia! at the Prince of Wale Theatre and Little Women at the Playhouse Theatre.
Nikki Davis-Jones will be joined by Liza Savody who will play Madame Morrible and Philip Childs as Doctor Dillamond. Savody will also be returning to the West End following playing in La Bete and Company at the Donmar Warehouse. Childs also has London theatre credits to his name having performed in National Theatre productions of People and The Habit Of Art.
Willemijn Verkaik, Sue Kelvin and Paul Clarkson, who are currently playing Elphaba, Madame Morrible and Doctor Dillamond retrospectively in the West End production, will play their final performances on Saturday 25 October 2014.
Jeremy Taylor, Savannah Stevenson, Sam Lupton, Martyn Ellis and Katie Rowley Jones will all continue their current roles in the West End production of Wicked.
