The award winning musical “Scrooge” based on ‘A Christmas Carol’ by Charles Dicken’s will be making a Christmas appearance in 2012.

The London Palladium will be host to the legandary Tommy Steele, resuming the role of Ebenezer Scrooge in the return of “Scrooge” to London’s West End. Having made over 1,000 appearances at London’s Palladium in both “Singin’ in the Rain” and previous productions of “Scrooge”, Steele will be returning with a host of familiar characters including the likes of Tiny Tim and Bob Cratchit.

The musical, packed with stunning sets and costumes, closely follows the plot of Charles Dickens’ classic in which the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge (Tommy Steele) undergoes a profound experience of redemption over the course of the night on Christmas Eve.
