Brian May and Roger Taylor to star in final performances of We Will Rock You
Queen megastars and guitarist supreme, Brian May together with drummer par excellence, Roger Taylor are strongly rumoured to perform in the last closing shows of the sensational musical We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre. The show is due to close on Saturday 31st May with two shows on the final day after an amazing 12 years at the theatre. Brian and Roger will bid an emotional farewell to the show by joining the cast of We Will Rock you for the final performances of the show in London.

Expect a few more surprises too as the final curtain closes on what has been a major hit musical in London’s West End for the past twelve years despite mixed reviews from critics the show has defied the odds and played to packed audiences ever since.
We Will Rock You has been one of the top selling, if not THE top selling show in the West End for the last twelve years vying with The Lion King and Wicked as the top selling grossing show with over 6.5 million people having seen the show at the Dominion Theatre in a record breaking run at the theatre breaking all previous box office records.
Despite last gasp pleas, by myself included, to producer Phil McIntyre to keep the show going, We Will Rock You will be bowing out whilst still at the top having grossed record sales in recent weeks as audiences clamour for tickets in the final few days before the show closes.
All tickets are gone for the final evening performance with tickets distributed to die-hard fans via the Queen fan club and a few select invited guests. The final matinee performance on the 31st May has limited availability and will no doubt become the hot ticket in the West End as everyone tries to catch a glimpse of the show and previous stars before it heads off in to the sunset. With the news that Brian and Roger will be performing too expect a stampede to the box office to grab those last few tickets.
