The Fab four keep on rockin’
Yes, Shows in London are very pleased to announce that Let it Be, the sensational show featuring the Beatles, currently on for a limited season only at the Prince of Wales theatre in London is to transfer to The Savoy theatre.
Let it Be at the Prince of Wales theatre was always intended only for a limited run due to The Book of Mormon booked in to the Prince of Wales theatre, however, due to hugely successful show and ticket sales, the show must certainly go on. And go on it does from Friday 1st February 2013 to Saturday 5th October 2013 Let it Be will be playing at the historic Savoy Theatre next to the Savoy Hotel in the Strand in the heart of London’s West End.
Let it Be the show portrays the Beatles in concert from the early days right at the start in the early 60’s through to their final days in the early 70’s.
Basically it is the gig that never was with all four Beatles played with forensic accuracies by some brilliant actor / musicians. Close your eyes and travel back to the magical sixties when all you needed was love, and a little help from your friends!
Open your eyes and you will truly believe you are there, this group not only sound just like the Beatles, but they look like them too, and besides that they have also perfected the mannerisms and characteristics of the fab four.
Let it Be is jam-packed with over forty of The Beatles’ greatest hits and has been wowing audiences night after night at the Prince of Wales theatre. The show continues at the Prince of Wales theatre until the 19th January.
