Burt Bacharach is coming to the London Palladium this June
Spanning a career in the musical limelight of more than 50 years, Burt Bacharach continues to raise the bar in musical creativity and set new standards in the industry.
The Palladium gig will see the legendary American composer, singer, songwriter, pianist and record producer, perform alongside a full orchestra and with some very special guests.
A multi-award winning artist
This multi-award winning musical legend has won a Grammy Award six times and an Academy Award three times. From bursting onto the chart topping scene in the late 1950s, Bacharach’s hits continue to inspire and wow generation after generation.
In 2015, Burt Bacharach performed an incredible show at the main stage at Glastonbury Festival. The same year, the iconic musician was celebrated in a one-off ‘A Life In Song’ concert, which was broadcast worldwide.
A cult legend
Reaching out to such diverse ages and audiences, Burt Bacharach has managed to achieve what not many artists manage, being simultaneously viewed as one of the world’s greatest composers of all time and an ultra-cool cult hero.
This landmark gig is the first time Burt Bacharach will have played at the London Palladium. The audience can expect to see the artist perform many of his classic creations from down the decades, including ‘I Say A Little Prayer’, ‘This Guys In Love With You’, ‘Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head’, ‘The Look of Love’, ‘Walk On By’, and many, many more.
Burt Bacharach is performing live at the London Palladium on Sunday 25 June, 2016. The doors open at 7.30pm.
