The award-winning master of magic and psychological illusion is back on tour with his new one-man show Derren Brown: Miracle, which comes to the Palace Theatre in the autumn
The globally-acclaimed magician and illusionist is bringing Miracle to the West End
Admitting that performing live on stage gives him the greatest of pleasure, Derren Brown is looking forward to the challenge of performing his legendary psychological illusion to audiences at the Palace Theatre.
Described as being his most ambitious show to date, yet with contents that remain shrouded in secrecy, Miracle will run at the Palace Theatre from November 11, 2015 until January 16, 2016.
Global notoriety and appeal
Miracle will mark Derren Brown’s seventh show since 2003. During the last 12 years, Brown has been on annual tours and has been watched by an estimated one and a half million people around the world.
The highly-acclaimed magician and psychological illusionist has won two prestigious Olivier awards, one in 2006 for Something Wicked This Way Comes and one in 2012 for Svengali.
Thought-provoking and captivating
Brown’s last show, Infamous, generated much critical acclaim, described by the Daily Telegraph as: “Dazzling. Thought-provoking and captivating.”
Today, Derren Brown is one of the world’s most celebrated live performers, known as the maestro of mind control.
Like his previous productions, Miracle is co-written and co-directed by Brown’s regular collaborators, Andrew O’Conner and Andy Nyman.
While much of the content of the new show remains undisclosed, it has been hinted that Miracle promises to be more philosophical than Brown’s previous productions, as he asks the audience to consider ways which would make them happier.
Derren Brown: Miracle will run for 2 hours and 20 minutes, including one interval. The show is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
